Client disconnect RCA

Investigate why a station drops: RF, 802.11 reason codes, DHCP after roam, Marvis, occupancy, 7-day radio events (DFS), and Teams/Zoom — without dumping the whole site.

This is RCA for troublesome client disconnects — not a Wi-Fi health score.

API region Read-only API token

Standard practice

Use a read-only (Observer) token. This console only issues GET requests. Never paste Org Admin, Super User, or write-enabled keys.
Create it under Organization → Settings → API Tokens with Observer privileges scoped to the org or site you are troubleshooting.
The token stays in memory in this tab and goes straight to the Mist region you select over HTTPS — there is no server in between. It is never written to any browser storage, to cookies, or to the password manager, and it is not shared with the extension's background worker. Reloading or closing the tab discards it. Rotate the token if it was exposed.
The console clears the token and returns here after 30 minutes without interaction.
Observer still sees client identifiers (MAC, hostname, username). Treat captures as operational data.
